i am a college graduate. i have been writing poetry since i was in junior high school. i have performed at the Nuyorican Poetry Cafe in mahattan,Ny. My poems are about life experiences, my poems are about people I know that have been through major life crisis. I write poetry to be the voice of the people.

i definetely like this poem. i could learn from this. i havent let go of my past relationship and it hurts. im glad you put it into poetry. i like when you said " if you do not it will be like a movie "rewind"

the drape to the window of my mind" that line really had me wanting to keep reading further into the poem. captivated by a concept. your word usage pulls me in even more.it like a corner that im eager to see whats around so i keep walking and walking to find the end. so in the end of your poem i was satisfied that i let my eyes walk the corners of poem to find the deeper meaning

" i see the pen in your mind scribbling out a metaphoric despription" that line is real deep, i can visuablize what your saying. this is a well written poem and i especially like the line "dressed up in mocha skin..the one who is sent to me to inspire me. its like the person is heaven sent.
