Mental stimulation, means you must be sharp with the intellect

Spiritual stimulation, means you have faith and you know right from wrong
Life gets hard but you keep looking up knowing you'll be kept strong
And not just being good but having morals all day long

Emotional stimulation, means you are sensitive to how others are feeling
When someone is sad and you lend a shoulder, now that's really appealing
You open up your heart and spread your care with no concealing

Can't be sloppy, got to have respect for self, not a beer belly full of brandy
And keep up maintenance so you won't mind showing off at the beach and getting a little sandy
