Sitting in the chair, with my eyes out the window
Can't help but daydream, how life could go
I mean, how life should go, like with my fantasy
Caught in a blank stare, looks like I'm in a daze
Oblivious to my surroundings, there's nothing that can faze
I mean, nothing fazes me, while in my fantasy
I escape at night when I lay in my bed
Close my eyes, try to grasp the dream in my head
I mean, pull to reality, my fantasy
It may rest in my mind but it feels so real
I don’t have to touch it to know how it'll feel
I mean, just to feel and hold, my fantasy
And I don't know how to put it in words sometimes
And I know I'll return to the world, but in my mind
I mean, at least to me, it is the realest fantasy
