"DEAR DEADBEAT DAD"
  by C.OF848

you had beautiful kids and you couldnt raise
one was it something we done or you just wasnt
man enough or u just didnt want to be bother
but u still expect to be called father while
ma worked hard jobs to make ends meet you
pasted out in your drunken sleep i still remember
the times when we had pretend to be asleep
feelin like a black sheep ma try her best to
keep promises that you didnt keep how could
you sleep knowing that u left without any
phone calls or birthday cards and you made life
a lil hard but we got thru it without you in it
and i try to understand why you refused it funny
just like you i started using it and just like you
someone left me cause i couldnt stop using it but
i gotta thank you for all the nothing you giving
to me cause you see i'll grow up a real man
your'll never be.
