Dreams have been embraced through adoration
Entangling each other in a soulful hug
The way we kiss,
A beautiful prelude to life

Privately we speak
Systematically…we assume

Fear has us running towards each other
Consoling our gloom,
For stained fingers is what we have in common

Hands held tightly gently admitting forever
Stepping forward in unison in a path paved
For visions of green

Fundamentally we scoped the range
Mainly leading to victory,

Swollen what was actually spoken,
My only regret

Finding ourselves at the crossroads

Translating pain through glares
